Description

The Manager, Financial Accounting manages the Corporations general financial records and prepares working papers for the financial statements and notes of SaskEnergy Incorporated and its subsidiaries.  This includes activities related to the effective and efficient delivery of services associated with the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures; the maintenance of the chart of accounts; maintenance of adequate records within the Corporate Financial Management system for the tracking of operating expenditures; and the provision of financial and accounting expertise to corporate divisions/departments and internal users of financial information and the Corporate Financial Management system.

Qualifications

Education:
Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
A professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CGA).

Experience:
Six (6) years in accounting and financial management.

Alternative Education/Experience:
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
