Adecco Saskatoon is presently recruiting for a Casual and Contract Reception Jobs in Saskatoon, SK. The successful candidate will work closely with all team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities for the Receptionist Job in Saskatoon may include:
- Operate switchboard extensions in a timely manner
- Meet and greet customers
- Distribute and track spare/visitor swipe cards, building keys and parking passes.
- Provide assistance to staff
- Sort, deliver and distribute mail, faxes, couriers etc.
- Track inventory, place orders and coordinate maintenance supplies
- Additional duties assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-3 years of office experience
- Recognized business diploma or post-secondary education is an asset
- Previous reception experience is a must
- Proven time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to showcase professionalism at all times
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
