Quickthree Solutions Inc. is seeking full-time Welding Inspectors in our manufacturing facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  Quickthree invents, designs, and manufactures unique industrial equipment. Quickthree Solutions will soon be CWB certified for GMAW, SMAW and GTAW.  Preference will be given to those with current CWB certifications.

Responsibilities:
Oversight of the welding standards and specifications
Provide technical direction to welders while ensuring compliance to welding procedures
Oversee welder and other regulatory qualifications
Perform welding inspections ensuring customer and regulatory standards are met
Accountable for establishing inspection techniques, performing incoming and final inspection, interpret engineering welding drawings
Establish techniques for proper examination of mechanical welds under inspection, ensuring to strict specifications
Perform final inspection of products to meet customer requirements

Skills and Competencies:
Certified Welding Inspector certification by the Canadian Welding Bureau
Knowledge of welding process, weld examination and performance, welding symbols, definitions and terminology
Ability to identify typical weld defects
Ability to read, comprehend and verify engineering drawings specifications
Several years of Weld/Fabricating experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Successful candidate must provide a completed Criminal Record Check prior to commencing employment
