THE POSITION:  Reporting directly to RVP and operating in a sales & service environment, this position will be responsible to provide members and potential members with a variety of routine non-cash related services in an efficient, accurate and courteous manner. Candidates must be able to travel between branches to provide support as required. Additional responsibilities include:
Achieve established goals set out for the department and organization through professional and proactive promotion of our lending, deposit, estate and investment products and services.
Identify member/potential member needs by conducting interviews to obtain pertinent information for opening accounts, delivery of products, services, investments and/or referrals to meet financial needs.
Work to recognize opportunities to promote, cross-sell, refer addition credit union products and services, and provide referrals to applicable parties where required.
Solicit new members to join credit union; foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge
