Washing pots, pans and dishes in a busy event and
convention center. Giving direction in adherence to QA and H&S standards. General sanitation duties and
other tasks may be required.
Dishwashing Skills
- Scour pots and pans
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Operate pot-washing machines
- Clean and polish silverware
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
