Portfolio Assistant, Sales III

MANDATE
- Consistently provide superior quality sales and fulfillment support to a group of Investment Management & Trust clients with the objective of exceeding customer expectations.
- Accountable for executing on all aspects of Investment Management & Trust administration.
- Seeks, recognizes, and acts upon opportunities to expand business relationships with clients.

Knowledge
* Post secondary education or equivalent industry experience
* Basic knowledge of BMO Harris Investment Management products and services
* Basic knowledge of BMO Harris Platinum Banking & Trust products and services
* Investment industry experience (2-4 years)

Skills
* Strong customer service focus
* Communication skills (Working)
* Able to multi-task
* Able to handle high pressure situations with very tight turnaround
* Organization skills (Working)
* Basic knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Global Plus and Optimizer)
