Description

Our Leasing Agents perform the necessary leasing functions to maintain the occupancy goals set by the company and client.  Assess the competitive market, analyze the results, and report marketing needs to direct supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  * Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including phone, email, office systems, and record keeping
  * Skill to use internet and corporate software
  * Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  * Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  * Ability to express enthusiasm and demonstrate a high degree of communication skills.
  * Selling skills required to effectively lease.
  * Ability to schedule and perform the necessary move-in and move-out duties.
  * Ability to adapt or initiate alternate strategies and maintain effectiveness in changing environments or situations of changing tasks and priorities.
Credentials and Experience:
  * Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  * Courses from the RTB and or Sales Techniques are an asset
  * Must possess a clean Criminal Record Check
