Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a professional, organized, self motivated individual to add to our Engineering team as a Product Design Technologist.  

key activities of this role are:
Create and maintain feasible/robust designs, production drawings and schematics and customer concept drawings
Contribute to effective Production/Design/Sales meetings
Incorporate product feedback gathered during the manufacturing cycle and after release to improve product design and manufacturability in future
As appropriate, coordinate the procurement of subcontracted materials through the Supply Chain Management department
Deliver accurate and robust Bill of Materials
Provide nests/programs to the router and other CNC controlled equipment

The successful candidate will have:
Diploma in CAD/CAM or Mechanical Technology
2+ years experience in product design for manufacturing
Strong 3D CAD drafting skills / understanding of accepted drafting principles
Ability to consistently demonstrate high standards of quality and professionalism
Highly self motivated with a keen attention to detail
Driven with a sense of urgency to see projects through to completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with customers both internal and external and cross functional teams
