Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Engineering Team as a Senior Design Specialist.  

The primary objective of this role is to provide new concept development for vehicle design.  
  
Some of the key activities of this role are:
Identify new concepts for future products through discussions and other interactions with sales, customers, competitors, or other industry associates
Research ideas to determine which features/options are feasible and necessary to ensure Crestline ambulances remain technically superior
Innovate and incorporate new designs into our product offerings
Ensure that new designs are feasible from engineering and production standpoints
Oversee prototype construction and testing
Create and maintain feasible/robust designs/drawings/schematics that meet:
Accepted Crestline Engineering/QMS standards
Internal/external customer requirements
Deliver accurate and robust Bill of Materials
Provide production support and troubleshoot production and design related issues
Assist with testing to F/CVMSS, Provincial ambulance, and to other applicable standards
