Seeking an experience Administrative Assistant to join our team. In addition to greeting all visitors and answering phone calls, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the office staff, data entry, shipping/receiving and various other tasks. Must be an excellent communicator and able to represent the company in a professional manner. Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills are necessary. Must be able to follow direction from various different staff and multi-task.
We are looking for a experienced and professional person with the willingness to learn about accounting and accounting procedures. This is a position that we want to grow with the company and possibly fill in for the Office Manager's duties if need be.
Requirement:
- Experience in an office setting, knowledge of Word, Excel, data entry and clerical.
