Candidates for this position should have a general custodial/maintenance background and previous shipping and receiving experience. Forklift experience is an asset.
Minor electrical maintenance, seasonal yard maintenance, internal janitorial, recycling, and property management.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Paint
- Repair drywall
- Work with minimal supervision
