Grounds Maintenance, Mechanical Systems Maintenance and General & Janitorial Maintenance Knowledge of Hot Water Systems, Yard Equipment/ Power Tools/ Locks-Keys and Carpentry Skills

- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
