Program Information:
Catholic Family Services provides individual, couple and family counselling to those faced with challenges in their lives. In a caring and confidential atmosphere, we support clients to build on strengths, identify barriers and work toward positive change. All of our Social Workers are registered with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Counsellors with other credentials are registered with their respective professional body as applicable.
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Clinical and/or Program Director, the Family Preservation Program Manager is responsible for the management of the Family Preservation Program including direct service, all related file management and reporting, training and supervision of program staff. The Program Manager is required to develop and/or approve safety planning and harm reduction strategies for all participant families. These duties will be performed to the highest quality of service possible in accordance with the mission, vision, policies of the agency, the Social Work Code of Ethics and the agency contract with the Ministry of Social Services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Social Work or in a related discipline with clinical counselling experience or Bachelors degree in Health Sciences with specialization in addictions. A diploma in addictions with clinical and supervisory experience may be considered. Salary will be commensurate with education, training and experience.

Salary Range:
Masters Degree: $58,340 - $67,221 per annum
Bachelors Degree: $55,379 - $64,261 per annum
