We are currently seeking a HOUSEHOLD COORDINATOR (Clinical Coordinator) who is innovative and committed to resident directed care for all those residing at Samaritan Place.
This position provides: leadership in ensuring quality clinical services of the organization; mentoring and education.
The successful candidate will possess a combination of relevant educational qualifications and leadership experience.
Knowledge and ability to direct multi-faceted care within a resident directed philosophy.
Current registration with a provincial registered nursing association.
Geriatric nursing experience will be considered an asset.
