Description

Site Energy Services Ltd. is a leading remote access, environmental and infrastructure services provider focused on the mining, unconventional oil and gas and potash Regions of Western Canada. Our company operates out of several locations throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba and North Dakota to service the needs of our energy and potash clients.
We require a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk based in either our Macoun or Carnduff offices in Southen Saskatchewan.  The individual will be responsible for the timely processing of A/P transactions and other accounting duties.

Minimum requirements
  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related experience.
  Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
  Strong knowledge of payment regulations and fair credit practices.
  Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information and monetary transactions.
  Experience in gathering data, compiling the proper information, and preparing financial reports.
  Able to perform moderate to complex account reconciliations.
  Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in order to handle late payments and delinquent accounts.
  Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls.
  Advanced proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet programs and applications.
  Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
