David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Senior Human Resources Manager based in Saskatoon.
This role will be responsible for the management and administration of HR policies, practices and procedures. The incumbent is a strategic and hands-on manager who will partner with Management Team to ensure HR practices are aligned with organization and operational goals. The incumbent has demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and enforce HR Policies and Procedures. The HR Manager will assist to mitigate risk on behalf of the company for all matters relating to Human Resources.

The Ideal Candidate:

Post-secondary education with focus in HR
4 - 7 years' experience in a Generalist/Management role
CHRP Designation or working towards completion an asset
Must be well versed in all aspects of HR including recruitment, labour relations, training and development, performance management, H&S, administration and payroll
Demonstrated business expertise and professionalism
Results-oriented, team player with a high degree of initiative and autonomy
Well versed with all applicable Canadian labour and health & safety legislation
Strong coaching and leadership skills
Works well under pressure and ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
Computer skills: Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with individuals at all levels, build rapport and maintain relationships
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
