The Role:
Able to handle highly confidential work-related matters with minimal input and direction
Manage calendar for meeting scheduling, facility arrangements
Handle inquiries within your scope and provide information on client accounts
Able to leverage use of all firm resources
Manage and own all administrative tasks
Complete expense reports on behalf of manager
Arrange travel, providing requirement materials and supplies
Prepare, format and proofread reports, financial statements, business correspondence, tax returns assembly and presentations with minimal direction to meet hte brand standards
The Ideal Candidate:
University or college graduation in a related field
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in office administration within the financial industry
Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Work, and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of internal and external customers
Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize
