The Manager of the Career Centre will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the career centre, including the promotion of the Centre and careers in the trades and other industrial sectors through a variety of methods.
Specific Accountabilities
The Manager of the Centre will be accountable for daily management of general operations, as well as the management of the team. The incumbent will manage recruitment, assessment and evaluation of participants as well as coordinate delivery of training provided by the career centre. Working with the employees, employers and agencies to identify and address employment barriers is essential.

Travel required. Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Required QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
Construction or industrial trade certification is preferred. Related post secondary education is an asset. Office management experience is an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
