Description

Assignment:
7.5 hours/day 5 days/week; work schedule to be determined in consultation with the Principal
Term:
To commence immediately and expire on the return of the permanent employee.
Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
In accordance with AP 400-Staff Recruitment & Selection as outlined on our website; if the successful candidate has not completed the appropriate training, he/she will be required to enroll in a Board approved post-secondary course related to office education or business prior to the completion of their probationary period.
Experience as an office assistant will be considered an asset.
Competencies, Skills, and Abilities includes paying attention to detail and ensures work is consistently completed and accurate within expected time frames; adapting to & working effectively within a variety of situations,as well as other  Competencies, Skills, and Abilities.
Duties include providing clerical assistance to the school, and other duties as outlined on our website in AP 433- Duties & Responsibilities of Administrative Assistants
