Description

Position Details:
Permanent Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7.5 hours/day
Term:
To commence November 24, 2014
Qualifications:
Minimum grade 12 or equivalent plus preference given to those possessing a Certificate/Diploma from a recognized business college, or a
One year post-secondary course or an equivalent post-secondary education in a related area
Must possess comprehensive computer, database and keyboard skills, with a strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates ability to manage time effectively and be proactive
Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
Respect the confidential nature of the position
Duties:
Duties include ensuring that accounts are paid according to guidelines and policy, maintaining data files within computerized accounting system and other duties as outlined on our website in Administrative Procedure 474-Accounting Assistant: Role and Responsibilities
Salary and Benefits:
In accordance with the current Board approved Out of Scope salary grid.
