Position Details
As the HSE Advisor you will provide safety support to our Regina and Estevan offices. The incumbent can reside in either location or corresponding areas. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
        Ensure the requirements of the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) program and applicable legislations are fulfilled;
        Work as a leader and team member with all staff in order to achieve HSE program goals and targets;
        Work closely with the managers of each department and the Corporate HSE Manager;
        Effectively maintain the HSE documentation system and strive for enhancement;
        Conduct field inspections, prepare reports and facilitate change;

Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
        A Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a safety or related discipline;
        Field surveying experience and an understanding of the petroleum industry;
        Good knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations;
        Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
        Ability to promote and encourage others to be committed to the requirements of the HSE program;
        Proficient computer skills; and
        Customer service orientation.
