The Front Office Manager helps to build the Delta Regina experience for our guests through our `EXPECT EVEN MORE`attitude. They are responsible for coordinating the operations of the front of the house including Front Desk, Reception, Fitness Area, Bell Services, Parkade and Water Works, they will actively participate in the revenue management processes. A strong understanding of Opera & Iris is preferred.
The position is accountable for modelling and acting in accordance with the Delta`s Core Values and Code of Ethics.
