Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy requires a full time Pharmacy technician.
Job Description/Requirements:The successful candidate will have to perform a variety of duties including:1) Greeting the patient.2) Confirmation of prescription information prior to filling.3) Data entry of patient care information, filling & preparing the prescription.4) Accurate in preparing and dispensing prescription medications. 5) Compound and dispense medication 6) Maintenance of pharmacy stock and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary.
Required Qualifications must include: Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or certification from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program; good communication skills; good computer knowledge; able to work independently as well as in team with other technicians and pharmacists.The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy is committed to providing employees with an exceptional environment to work.
