Prairie Co-op at Lipton offers a wide range of services including Agriculture services, Crop Protection, Ag Equipment, Hardware, Grocery, Bulk Petroleum, Granular Fertilizer and a Gas Bar & Convenience store.

This excellent career opportunity will involve the day to day operations of the Lipton Branch including sales, marketing, margin, inventory control, budgeting, staff supervision and loss prevention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail operations with a minimum 2 years of management experience and demonstrated strong organizational skills in past positions.  

Applicants must have a positive, ambitious attitude, with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills and be approachable by customers and staff.

This position requires a strong agricultural background and high standards in the areas of communication and leadership.
