To professionally manage and maintain 18 unit adult living complex in Whitewood SK.
PT Position: 17-20 hours per week
Maintain caretaking and cleaning of all common areas
Schedule and oversee all maintenance of the building as well as in suites
Handle tenants' concerns in a professional manner
Collect rent, show suites, conduct apartment inspections
