Description

Terra Housing is looking to fill the position of part time Maintenance Associate.

This is a contract position.
We require 16-20 hours per week, hours flexible.

Successful candidate must have the ability to do:
-- minor plumbing (fix, repair taps, fix/install toilets, caulking)
-- minor electrical (replace outlets/switches, install light fixtures)
-- minor carpentry (install baseboards, remove flooring, patch drywall, painting)
-- minor mechanical (maintain lawnmowers, snow-blowers, purchase gas)

EDUCATION: no formal education required

EXPERIENCE: is an asset
