Description

Landover Management is a busy property management company seeking a full-time experienced property manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and condominium properties (no apartment rentals).  Responsibilities include assessing and organizing all work to be done to the buildings, liaison with commercial tenants, meetings with condominium boards, preparation of budgets and financial statements.

The successful candidate must be mature and have previous experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.  An accounting background is an asset but not a requirement. Must have a vehicle for travel within the city.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary and travel allowance.  Pay will be determined based on the candidate's skill level and experience.  Applications are being accepted until October 31, 2014.
