This is a job offer for an administrative agent at the Ecocert Canada office of Saskatoon. Ecocert Canada is an organic certification body working throught Canada. The taks of the agent would be:
-Customer service
-Welcomes clients and visitors
-Answers the phone and / or transfer calls
-Helps prepare and send the English renewals for Canada.
-Open the paper and / or electronic files for new customers. Identifies, records and classifies documents. Organize and clean up archive files when necessary.
-Enters information into the database and use queries.
-Manages the issuance of Transaction Certificates within Canada for English-speaking customers.
-Manages processors renewals for English-speaking customers. Including reception follow up, (forwards invoices and additional documents).
- Receives and sorts mail;
-Prepares and/or receives faxes and forwards them to the recipients.
Qualifications required :
Excellent English control
French knowledge, an asset.
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Computer knowledge (Oulook, word, excel)
Autonomy
Excellent customer service relation skills
Attention and thoroughness in work
