As well, other qualities that the applicant should possess include:
Post-Secondary education in finance or business administration
Current license in Alberta or Saskatchewan for Mortgage Brokering or willing to write exam to become licensed
Experience within financial lending
Familiar with demands of tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication
Established network and willing to aggressively go after the Lloydminster market as one of Canadas top ten growing cities in Canada.
Personal drive to grow business on a commission basis
Willingness to provide criminal record check
