Chairlift Installation & Service Technician
Saskatchewan Territory

The Role:
Installation of modular rail systems to residential staircases (both indoor and outdoor)
Installation and testing of transformer wiring and power supply
Installation of carriage and seat to rail systems and complete diagnostics check
Troubleshoot and service any/all components of carriage/seat/rail system
Track and maintain bar coded based inventory control based system for all vehicle inventory
Complete work reports for every field visit and liaise with installation and technical support department for adequate reconciliation of payments/parts/service
Provide exemplary customer service to meet company standards
Perform annual service visits and completes preventative maintenance and testing on all systems
Complete all initial as well as recurrent training modules to maintain training standards
Customer networking coupled with the ability to produce referrals through proper customer follow-up
Work with administrative/scheduling to keep account activities and literature up to date
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Strong verbal and communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills                  
Stair lift industry knowledge preferred but not mandatory
Electrical and/or trade skills preferred                    
Successful and stable work history
Clean driver's  abstract
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. as needed

Income potential of $55K and up, including base salary plus payment per installation and/or service call
