Are you an independent worker with a strong attention to detail & enjoy working outside? As our Yardperson, you will inspect & clean all Maxim inventory and maintain shop & yard to facilitate quality work in the shop, reduce workplace safety and health risks, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also provide pick-up & delivery service to the Parts Department.
Responsibilities
Cleaning trucks/trailers by washing exterior & interior
Maintaining the shop/yard (picking up litter, emptying garbage cans, shoveling, cutting grass, washing bay doors/windows, and disposing pallets.
Picking up and delivering parts to customers. Loading trucks, completing paperwork & maintaining the appearance/maintenance of the truck.
May also move units between shop & customer.
Education & Experience:
Valid Class 1A Drivers Licence
Minimum 1 year heavy-duty truck driving experience
Experience in vehicle cleaning or detailing position preferred
Skills:
Customer service focused
Ability to endure repetitive, routine duties
Shows attention to detail, initiative, and diligence
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
