- Responsible for the care, cleaning and maintenance of all aspects of Land and Sky Grains
- Observes the condition of Land and Sky Grains to report any vandalism, property damage, or unsafe conditions
- Ensure all outside areas are kept tidy and swept especially in front of office and buildings
- Report for emergency snow removal
- Inform management of supply needs in a timely manner
- Assist with related grounds duties as necessary
