Responsibilities:
Pick-up and deliver various goods within city and surrounding areas in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all goods are properly packed and protected.
Ensure that trucks are loaded properly for transportation.
Ensure customer peace of mind during transport and delivery.
Fill out all necessary paperwork.
Inventory shipments as they arrive and depart.
Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
Adhere to all company safety policies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Commitment to continual improvement.
Plan travel schedules & routes
Receive and relay information to central dispatcher
