Able and willing to work with individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities including assisting with personal care of participants. The Direct Care Worker provides support to participants in the Group Home and Workshop settings, implements individual care plans, responsible for daily record keeping and participation with the participants in activities in the community. Duties as assigned.
