The Society for the Involvement of Good Neighbours  (SIGN) is a family and community service agency, which develops & delivers services to enhance the quality of life for individuals & groups in the Yorkton area.  The SIGN Early Learning Centre is currently seeking Casual/Part Time Early Childhood Assistants to fill in at the Centre as needed (covering employee holidays, sick days, etc.).  The successful applicants will work with children between the ages of 18 months - 5 years and will be expected to plan quality experiences, activities, and interactions with the children.

Requirements of Employment:
Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check
Current First Aid/CPR Level "C" (or willing to obtain)
Results of a Tuberculosis Test
ECE Level 1 or higher (or willing to obtain) if working more than 64 hours per month

Applicants must be:
Willing to work as part of a team
Able to problem solve
Able to work a variety of hours (7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Friday)
Able to plan and implement activities
Willing to work with varying ages

Education:  ECE Level 1 or higher (or willing to obtain)

Experience:  Preferred but employer is willing to train the right candidate
