The Cineplex team is very exciting, fun, interactive, and passionate about providing each and every guest with an exceptional entertainment experience.  Right now Cineplex is looking for a dynamic Food and Beverage Experience Manager to support the VIP area of our Scotiabank Theatre Saskatoon, 347 2nd Avenue South, Saskatoon SK S7K 1L2.

The key responsibilities for this position are:
Reporting to the General Manager, lead, support and manage a dedicated team of employees. Working effectively and cooperatively with others, establishing and maintaining good working relationships through building trust, treating others with respect and demonstrating integrity.
Manage the guest experience - ensure each and every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
Promoting a passion for, and knowledge about, food within kitchen and service staff and the entire management team.
Recruitment, training and development, scheduling and performance management of all Theatre staff.
Developing and participating in a positive working environment and maintaining open communication between management and staff, and between both traditional and VIP staff.
Ensuring all standards and policies are followed, including those related to food safety, food preparation, timing, cleanliness, and health and safety.
In conjunction with your fellow Management team members manage a VIP budget and grow revenue in all the business units of the Theatre. Participating in forecasting, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canadas # 1 premier film exhibition company.
