As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will assist with recruitment including job postings and advertisements, resume review, scheduling and conducting interviews, performing applicant reference checks, preparation and communication of offers of employment. You will work to build and sustain beneficial relationships with educational institutions as well as assist with developing a Representative Workforce recruitment strategy. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train with other HR functions and assist with other HR related projects as assigned.
This position would be ideal for YOU if you enjoy working with people, fostering positive business relationships, and you strive for customer service excellence. You will succeed if you are an effective communicator; possess strong analytical, problem solving, and execution skills; and you are energetic towards continuous improvement and people management strategies. You will possess post secondary education in Human Resources or Business with preference of at least 1 - 2 years of prior HR experience. A CHRP designation would be an asset.
