Objective:
The ultimate responsibility is to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction through excellent customer service. Through strong leadership he/she will ensure that all associates are working up to their potential, developing their skills and that they are suited for their position and capable of the work requested. Through communication and support, a strong culture of respect and worthwhile work becomes the driving force behind high CSI and GSI resulting in Raving Fans.
Responsibilities:
Greet each function convenor, and follow up throughout the function to ensure guest satisfaction
Direct associates to ensure all contract requirements are met and/or exceeded
Assist in the creation and implementation of training procedures and development of all associates
Banquet room checks to ensure rooms are set according to contract
Interact directly with customers
Communication and enforcement of policies and procedures
Daily billing of functions
Opening and closing of banquet department
Any other duties as assigned
