Description

Vantage Developments is seeking
a highly motivated individual to fulfill
the position of Project Coordinator for
increased volume in our New Homes
division, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

The Successful candidate will have a
minimum of 3 years of residential
estimating experience, Certified
Engineering Technologist, Construction
technologist or have related educational
experience. He or she will have
the ability to work in a fast paced
environment doing significant volume.
The candidate will be able to build solid
relationships quickly, communicate
effectively and utilize exceptional
organizational skills. The candidate will
provide excellent customer service to
enhance the reputation of Vantage
Developments at every opportunity.

Major responsibilities include:

Prepare detailed material take-off and cost estimates
Maintain and enhance trade relationships
Review blueprints and specifications
Prepare cost estimates
Issue purchase orders to subtrades
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
