Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:
-- Welcome clients and guests in a professional manner. Respond to telephone enquiries.
-- Assist in preparing proposals, reports and related documents. This may also include background research, PowerPoint presentations and printing/collating.
-- Schedule appointments and manage the logistics for meetings, including catering and travel needs.
-- Provide team support and assist with database/file management to ensure client and related information is up to date and accurate.
-- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
Hours of work would be approximately 18 20 hours/week within a 4 or 5 day work week.
Education:
-- A related Degree/Diploma/Certificate is an asset.
Experience:
-- 3+ years of Administration and customer service experience in a client focused environment.
-- A willingness to learn and problem solve.
Computer:
-- Proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Outlook.
Personality/ Desired attributes:
-- Professional and detail oriented and highly organized with strong administrative skills;
-- Team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and writing.
-- A high regard and respect for confidentiality.
Salary: $19.00 23.00/hour
