The Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association Inc. (SCSA) has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the SCSA team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administrative Clerk is part of the administrative team that is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services that contribute to the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the SCSA office and supports the delivery of safety training to the membership and other identified customers.
Qualifications:
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
*Post-secondary diploma or certificate related to office administration;
*Three years of related experience or a suitable combination of education and experience;
*Ability to keyboard at a speed of 60 wpm; accuracy in data entry;
*Effective customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
*Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure;
*Excellent planning and organizational skills;
*Ability to work independently, within a team environment;
*Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Email.
