Description

Job Location:  Northern Saskatchewan
Duties include:  
1.    Coordinates, verifies, administers changes and completes room changes and man-days in a timely and accurate fashion.  
2.    Manages all daily site department administrative work on site.  Journalize work in a daily log book to be shared with cross-shift.  
3.    Prepares and submits Administrative reports, including researching and analyzing situations or data, compiles data and produce reports in relation to camp manager and HRMS, payroll verification, site issue resolution and inquiries for authorized for authorized ACLP management and designated site personnel.
4.    Ensure and verifies that employee payroll roll sheets are filled out accurately and submitted to Payroll into AccPac in a timely fashion, meeting applicable Payroll deadlines as required by ACLP Head Office.
5.    Monitors and ensures that all site payroll-related data in HRMS is entered accurately and in a timely manner.  Ensures employees are in the correct position, department and is responsible to input the correct hourly or salary information.
6.    Completes all billing and invoicing information accurately for approval by Division Manager.  Ensure that all billing information is accurate and sent to ACLP Head Office for review and approval.  Create billing from Client flight manifest and schedules.  
7.    Verifies financial processes, including but not limited to, daily cash outs, daily reconciliations debit machine receipts, and cash outs are done in an accurate and submitted to head office in a timely fashion.  
8.    Provides coverage for Housing Managers, as required, as well as, training Housing Managers as necessary.  
9. Other duties as assigned.
