Do you have 1-2years of professional/office experience? Do you have experience answering multi-line phones? Our Regina based clients are currently looking for experienced, outgoing, and dynamic candidates to fill multiple Receptionist positions to provide front end support for their busy offices. This is temporary work and positions can vary from part-time to full-time, weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Job Requirements
1-2 years of experience in reception/front office
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level
Reliable and regular in attendance
Attentive to detail

Primary
Responsibilities Include (But are Not Limited to):
Providing a full range of administrative duties using Microsoft Office Suite
Receiving and directing incoming calls
Taking messages
