Kelly Services is seeking a Bilingual Administrator who is motivated, professional, and has an outgoing personality. This is a permanent position starting November 3, 2014.
Required qualifications include:
- Ability to read, write and speak French fluently; must be willing to undergo evaluation
- Work related experience in an office environment
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative office support to front line staff, including but not limited to filing, mail, courier and french support related to inquiries and investigations
Provide branch office duties such as supplies, reception, facility management, logging of cheques and bank deposits
Provide input into the creation of training programs in order to fill any training needs
Assist in the training of new staff and ongoing training for existing staff.
Ensure that work in progress and completed work meets the established standards
Ensure work scheduled the Manager is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Investigate and fix accounts as required
Reconcile various reports
Provide regular updates and feedback to the Manager
Identify and recommend opportunities within Servicing Operations for process improvements to the Manager
