Summary:
The Associate Advisor will begin in learning all aspects of the agency and will settle in to a sales and service role focusing primarily on home insurance, business insurance wealth management and life insurance. The goal of the associate advisor will be to advance to a management position with in 5 years.
Qualifications And Skills:
. General Insurance License is required or must obtain within two (2) months
. Life insurance license is required or must be obtained within first (3) months
. Completion or enrolment in the CFP course an asset
. Sales experience is preferred
. Second language is an asset
. Skilled in communication (verbal and written), organization, time management, client service, decision making
. Valid driver's license
Duties and Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities:
. Sales, service, profitable growth of personal lines insurance products
. Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs
. Prospect and cross sell by identifying gaps and recommending additional products/services that benefit the client
