Requirements:
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
- Experience fulfilling customer expectations while complying with policies, practices and procedures
- Strong experience multi-tasking
- Developed problem solving and decision making ability

Special conditions:
Please note that the shifts these outbound teams work anywhere from noon to 10pm on weekdays and Saturdays are typically from 8:00-5pm. Mornings, Sundays and statutory holidays are not required from this team.  

This position is scheduled to commence in Regina, Saskatchewan  October 27th, 2014
