The successful candidate must be motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. S/he will enjoy working with the public and possess the following skills: have excellent telephone and clerical skills, must be knowledgeable and proficient in computer programs such as Word and Excel, maintaining filing systems, and operating office equipment. The primary duties of this position will be typing medical documents, filing, greeting clients, answering the telephone, scheduling client appointments, taking payments and data entry. A positive and friendly demeanor and ability to multitask in a busy office setting is required. Previous office experience is an asset but not required.
The hours of work will be 10:30-6:30, Monday to Friday.
