Our contractors pay industry leading rates.
Industrial Journeyperson take home rate is currently $41.32 per hour earned ($54.03 total package)
With our collective agreement over time is paid at time and one half after 8 hours in a normal weekday and double time after 10 hours in a weekday, weekends and stat holidays.
We have a highly comprehensive family medical and dental plan that is paid for with your total package rate (not taken off your hourly wage)
For Journeypersons every hour earned the employer contributes $6 to your pension plan. (Yes, pension is paid at $12/hr while working double time hours)
