Alliance Energy Industrial Inc is seeking a fulltime Payroll Administrator for our Vanscoy location at the Agrium potash mine expansion project. The successful candidate will work a nine on, five off (Wednesday-Thursday) schedule, and work ten hour days, 7-5:30. The job duties will include Data entry for all time, attendance, and personnel transactions such as new hires, terminations, etc. Prepare daily payroll reports to submit to client.
Administer Benefit plans; track and submit hours for all employees. Reconciling payroll hours against brass report information.
Proficiency in Excel necessary.
