Inside Sales Support
Order Processing
Customer Service
Dealer Support Duties
Telephone Answering
Accounts Receivable
Goods Returns
Your management responsibilities will include:
Manage future Customer Services Associates
Regular reporting to the General Manager
Attending and supporting weekly management meetings with the management team
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) creation and management
Assist in developing and executing strategic goals for the Customer Service department
